“The law of God was given for the Jews only,” says Armando Alducín  [1] Why Don't Christians Keep the Sabbath? —Armando Alducín [2] Juan,The Disciples, The Day of the Lord and You, your church says it, and—more importantly, you say it—But what does God say?

The following article is an excerpt from a conversation I had on Facebook with another character—yes, who hates God's law.

Someone once said to my brother Miguel, “I would rather be lost than keep the Sabbath”. Well, whoever you are—wherever you are, your wish will be fulfilled very soon—if you do not keep the law:

14 Blessed are THOSE WHO KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS, TO HAVE THE RIGHT to the tree of life, and to enter through the gates in the city.
15 But the dogs they will be out, and sorcerers, fornicators, murderers, idolaters, and everyone who loves and tells lies. —REVELATION 22:14-15

As we have already mentioned before—quoting the Bible, each character in Revelation 22:15 He is a violator of God's law, [3] Jesus “vs.” Paul and the Law: What Happened on the Cross and—therefore, Jesus himself leaves them out of his kingdom. The Homiciders—for example, they violate the sixth commandment “thou shalt not kill” (EXOD. 20:13). And given “it happens” that the Sabbath—Seventh day of weekly Sabbath—is one of the ten commandments of the Law of God (EXOD. 20:8-11), Our already mentioned character will soon have his wish fulfilled: he will be lost. That is another story, and here I leave the answer to another character who—probably, will suffer the same fate—because of the Sabbath—his rape…

Jorge Schmit I'm going to show you something that your pastor's servant or your satanic sect will never teach you.

This is how our conversation began after this person, as practically everyone does, demonized the Lord's Day. Since his argument is practically the same one that almost all “Protestants” make, despising the Sabbath, to the point of engendering hatred in their hearts, only—in order not to extend this article too much, we present the biblical response in favor of the Lord's Day and its relevance for all humanity.

The law of God was given to humanity—not only to the Jews, but to all humanity, which also includes the Jews:

15 So Jehovah God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it.
16 And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden you shall eat;
17 But you shall not eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil; FOR ON THE DAY THAT YOU EAT OF IT, you will die. —GENESIS 2:15-17

This Biblical text tells us that when man was created he already knew the law. Adam was created in the image and likeness of God (GEN. 1:16-17). This means that man was created perfect, full of knowledge—knowing good and evil—at least in principle. Although there was no evil, the man knew—and understood, the consequences of disobeying God. Eating the fruit of the tree of knowledge would not only give them access to the knowledge of good and evil, but they would experience it in their lives—particularly evil. That is the main focus of Genesis 2:15-17.

The text says that the day man ate the forbidden fruit, he would die. We asked, And what causes death?

23 For THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH: but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. —ROMANS 6:23

So if the wages of sin is death, then what God essentially said to Adam is that “The day you sin you will die.” And this becomes evident when we head to Eden:

6 And the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasing to the eyes, and the tree CODICIABLE to achieve wisdom; and he took of its fruit, and ate; and she also gave to her husband, who ate just as she did. —GENESIS 3:6

All Christians know very well that Adam and Eve sinned by eating the fruit that God said “you will eat”, but what practically everyone ignores is WHAT THE BIBLE DEFINES AS SIN:

4 Anyone who commits sin also transgresses the law; well sin is transgression of the law. —1 JOHN 3:4

If sin is transgression [violation] of the law, and Adam and Eve sinned, then this means that they violated the law of The Ten Commandments of God's Law—every one of them, in fact. So—with this information in hand, we can translate God's command as follows:

[a] “the day you eat of it, you will die” = [b] the day you sin, you will die = [c] the day you break the law, you will die

And that is precisely what they did, violating each of the ten commandments of the law—Let's see...

1st COMMANDMENT—Eve coveted not only the fruit but the throne of God, because she wanted to achieve wisdom to be like God, obeying the voice of Satan—a god (GEN. 3:6). With this violated the first commandment of the law of God. (EXOD. 20:1-3)

2nd COMMANDMENT—Eve made an image of how she herself would be like God, and she worshiped it—for it pleased her eyes. (GEN. 3:6), violation of second commandment. (EXOD. 20:4-6)

3rd COMMANDMENT—Both Adam and Eve took the name of God in vain, because they assumed that they were not going to die when God had already said “you will die.” (EXOD. 20:8-11), thus making God a liar; violation of 3rd commandment. (EXOD. 20:7)

4th COMMANDMENT—They dishonored the creator—by obeying Satan (GEN. 3:6), thus violating the room commandment, which not only speaks of rest, but also recognizes God as creator. (EXOD. 20:11)

5th COMMANDMENT—By obeying Satan, they dishonored their heavenly father, violation of the 5th commandment. (EXOD. 20:12)

6th COMMANDMENT—Adam and Eve also killed, because they knew the consequences of eating the forbidden fruit. The murder of Abel by his brother Cain (GEN. 4:1-8), can be attributed directly to them, since Adam and Eve brought death by sinning, and they did so consciously. ¡If they did not sin, Cain would never have killed Abel!

7th COMMANDMENT—Eve disobeyed her husband Adam's instruction and listened to another man's voice (GEN. 3:1-6), SATAN, thus committing adultery against her husband. The instructions not to eat from the tree were given to Adam by God—not Eve. (GEN. 2:16-17), because she had not been created yet (GEN. 2:18-19). However, we see Eve talking to the snake, explaining to him that God had said not to eat from said tree. That is, Adam instructed Eve and she disobeyed him; rape 7th commandment. (EXOD. 20:14)

8th COMMANDMENT—Adam and Eve also stole, because that fruit only belonged to God, and they took it, when God said do not eat it, violation of the 8th commandment, you will not steal. (EXOD. 20:15)

9th COMMANDMENT—Although the Bible does not relate it directly, we know that Eve bore false testimony against God and against her husband, because before feeding Adam, she first had to lie to him about the effect of the fruit—the lie that Satan had first told her. told to her (GEN. 3:4), violation of 9th commandment. (EXOD. 20:16)

10th COMMANDMENT—Eve coveted the woman of God. Yes, she wanted to be like God, and God has a woman—his people (ISA. 54:4-5), which in this case were themselves, Adam and Eve. She wanted to reign over the woman of God. In your case, that is lesbianism (Spiritual)—direct violation of the 5th, 7th, 10th and 2nd commandment; and in the case of Adam it is adultery and fornication. (EXOD. 20:14) (MAT. 19:9)

Once again, and—before she bit into the fruit, Eve coveted it, and she coveted the greatness of God; He wanted to have God's possessions (GEN. 3:6). When Adam ate, he did the same. All this violates the 10th commandment (EXOD. 20:17), also at 5th (EXOD. 20:12), 2nd (EXOD. 20:4-6), 4th (EXOD. 20:8-11), 7th (EXOD. 20:14), which have marriage as their principle.

In short, we see that Adam and Eve sinned—that is, they violated the law—each of the ten commandments. And Adam and Eve were not Jews, but they represented all of humanity.

Cain killed Abel, and denied God what he had done (GEN. 4:1-8). This means that Cain must have known a law that says “thou shalt not kill,” because otherwise there can be no crime where there is no law that penalizes such an act. And how Cain knew that there was a commandment that said “thou shalt not kill”, that is why he denied having murdered his brother Abel (GEN. 4:8-9), for he also knew the consequences of killing—that is, violating God's law:

14 Behold, today you cast me out of the land, and I will hide myself from your presence, and I will be a wanderer and a stranger in the land; and it will come to pass that whoever I hatedlare, it will kill me. —GENESIS 4:14

What Cain is saying is that—as he killed, he will be killed, well—“the wages of sin [violation of law] Is Die". The Bible is emphatic, Adam and Eve knew the law, since it was given to them first:

But they, like Adam, they crossed the covenant; there they transgressed against me. —HOSEA 6:7

In the State of New York it is a crime to sell marijuana in any establishment, as there is a law that condemns this practice. In the State of Colorado—on the contrary, the sale of marijuana is LEGAL [4] Marijuana legalized in Colorrado, United States [5] The Little Foxes, Protection Against Sin — José Luis Javier in businesses that obtain a government license.

Smoking marijuana in New York is a crime, but it is not in the state of Colorado. In Colorado, you would never have to justify yourself to a state authority unless you violate the quantities designated for consumption and—or sale, by law. If Cain denied what he had done it is because he knew the law that punished killing—the law of God. That is, the law was given in Eden first, not in Sinai. God put his law in the heart of man from the beginning, just as he did in the new covenant (JER. 31:31-33).

Abraham—who was also not a Jew, kept the law of God:

5 Because Abraham heard my voice, and saved my precept, my COMMANDMENTS, my statutes and my laws. —GENESIS 26:5

In Abraham's time the Jewish people did not yet exist. How—and why, then—did Abraham keep the law of God if there was no law?—Obviously there was a law—the law of God.

Exodus 20:8-11 relates the fourth commandment that commands us to work and do all our work in the first 6 days of the week and to rest on the seventh, just as God himself made (GEN. 2:1-3). If we compare both texts, we will realize that both are practically the same text—with certain variants, which also tells us, affirms—and confirms, that the law was first given in The beginning, and not in Sinai:

And even when we go to the Exodus, we see that the Jewish people already knew the law of God, before receiving the two tables of the ten commandments at Sinai:

4 And the LORD said to Moses, Behold, I will rain bread for you from heaven; and the people will go out and gather for each day, SO THAT I TEST HIM IF HE WALKS IN MY LAW, or not.
5 But on the sixth day they will prepare what they will enclose, WHICH WILL BE DOUBLE what they used to take each day. —EXODUS 16:4-5

This is before Sinai (EXOD. 19 & 20), and God was already testing the people of Israel in his law, particularly with the fourth commandment. And still in the chapter 15 of Exodus We see that God had already given the law to the people—and all this, before Sinai:

25 And Moses cried to the LORD, and the LORD showed him a tree; and he cast it into the waters, and the waters became sweet. There he gave them statutes and ordinances, and there he tested them;
26 And he said, If you will listen attentively to the voice of the Lord your God, and do what is right in his sight, and give ear to HIS COMMANDMENTS, and you will keep all its statutes, I will not send any of the diseases that I brought on the Egyptians to you; for I am Jehovah your Healer. —EXODUS 15:26

And for those who still insist that the law is only for Jews, let us remember what the fourth commandment says:

10 But the seventh day shall be a rest to the Lord your God: do not do any work on it, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your servant, nor your maid, nor your beast, NOT NOR YOUR FOREIGN which is within your gates: —EXODUS 20:10

And in case you still want to distort that this only applies to foreigners within Isarel, the word of God says:

12 For you to enter the pact of Jehovah your God, and in his oath, which Jehovah your God agrees with you today:
13 To establish you this day for his people, and that he may be your God, as he told you, and as he swore to your fathers Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
14 AND NOT WITH YOU ALONE DO I AGREE TO THIS COVENANT and this oath,
15 But with those who stand here with us today before the Lord our God, AND WITH THOSE WHO ARE NOT HERE today with us. —DEUTERONOMY 29:12-15

At that time all the Jewish people were there with Moses, since they had just left Egypt—there were no Jews anywhere else. So God was talking about all the other people accepting Him as God, well God is no respecter of persons (ACTS 10:1-35)

Finally—and speaking of Saturday, ISAIAH he puts it this way:

22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I make, remain before me, says the Lord, so it will remain your seed and your name.

23 And it will be that from month to month, and from Saturday to Saturday ALL MEAT WILL COME to worship before me, says the Lord. —ISAIAH 66:22-23

Three things here, 1) The Sabbath will be kept for eternity, 2) all meat—not only the Jews, will keep the Sabbath, 3) And if all flesh will keep the Sabbath, it is because it will also keep the rest of the law, since this is a set and can't be separated (SATM. 2:10). That is why David exclaimed in this way:

44 I will keep your law always, forever and eternally. —PSALMS 119:44

Christ came to fulfill the law (MAT. 5:17)—that is, to teach us how to fulfill it, outside of alterations and manipulations (MAT. 23:23) made by the Pharisees, scribes, and priests of their time. The wages of sin is death, and only the blood of Christ can reconcile us with the Father. And Christ not only shed his blood, but also left us his law, giving us an example:

18 So, How for the transgression one's [Adam] damnation came to all men, in the same way for one's justice [Christ kept the law] The justification of life came to all men.
19 For just as through one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one's obedience [Christ kept the law], the many will be constituted fair.
20 But the law was introduced so that sin would abound; but when sin abounded, grace abounded all the more;
21 so that just as sin reigned unto death [violation of law], so also grace reigns through justice [law enforcement] to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. —ROMANS 5:17-21

Google defines the word justice this way:

JUSTICE [6] What is Justice?
1. Moral principle that inclines to act and judge respecting the truth and giving each one what belongs to him.
2. Righteous quality.

Let us remember that a judge only judges himself based on established laws. Jesus will be our judge (HEB. 10:30); He will also be our lawyer (1 JOHN 1:21)Both jobs derive directly from the application of the laws!

David defines truth this way:

142 Your justice is eternal justice, And you law the TRUE. —PSALMS 119:142

It's hard for us to think that you—who rejects the law, you have been more inspired than David. And if the quality of the righteous is justice—as David also tells us, and justice is the truth, then we should not be surprised that—

29The fair will inherit the land, And they will live forever on it. —PSALMS 37:29

21 And your people, all of them will be fair, forever they will inherit the earth; shoots of my planting, the work of my hands, to glorifyicarmand. —ISAIAH 60:21

If the righteous are those who will inherit the earth, this means thatIt is the keepers of the law who will inherit the earth!—the same message Revelation 22:14-16, said by Jesus himself. So let us not forget the words of the Messiah,

Jesus said to him: I am the way, and the truth [THE LAW], and life; No one comes to the Father except through me. —JOHN 14:6

And the classic text that could not be missed—

15 If you love me, gguard my commandments —JOHN 14:15

Jesus became flesh to overcome the flesh (HEB. 4:15), and thus give us the power to overcome in the flesh—that is, that we can keep the law broken by Adam and Eve, since

And you know that he appeared to take away our sins, and there is no sin in him [Christ kept the law].
Whoever abides in him does not sin [you can keep the law]; everyone who sins has not seen him or known him.
Little children, let no one deceive you; he who does justice is just, as he is fair.
He who practices sin is of the devil; because the devil sins from the beginning. For this the Son of God appeared, to undo the works of the devil.
Everyone who is born of God, He does not practice sin, because the seed of God remains in him; AND HE CANNOT SIN, because he is born of God. —1 JOHN 3:5-9

God speaks clearly; The Bible speaks clearly... are you clear?
