10 I was in the Spirit ON THE DAY OF THE LORD, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet,
11which said: Andor am I the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last. … —REVELATION 1:10-11
John, the beloved disciple receiving the last admonition for the world—last book of the Bible, nothing more and nothing less than on the day of the Lord—
1. But which sir?
5 And he told them: The Son of Man is Mister even on the Sabbath. —LUKE 6:5
2. And what is that day?
8 remember dthe Sabbath day to sanctify it.
9 Six days you will work, and you will do all your work;
10 more him SEVENTH DAY It is rest to Jehovah your God; Do not do any work in it, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your servant, nor your maid, nor your beast, NOT NOR YOUR FOREIGN that is within your doors.
11 For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day; therefore Jehovah blessed the Sabbath] and sanctified it. —EXDO 20:8-11
3. And why should we keep the seventh day as a rest?
17 sign is forever between me and the children of Israel; For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day he ceased and rested.—EXDO 31:17
4. And isn't the Sabbath a Mosaic law?
18 And gave to Moses, when he finished speaking with him on Mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, STONE TABLETS WRITTEN WITH THE FINGER OF GOD. —EXODUS 31:18
13 If you withhold your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your will on my holy day, and you will call it delight, holy, glorious of Jehovah; and you will worship him, not walking in your own ways, nor seeking your own will, nor speaking your own words, 14 then you will delight in the Lord; and I will make you climb upon the heights of the earth, and I will give you the inheritance of Jacob your father to eat; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken it. —ISAIAH 58:13-14
5. But didn't Paul say that the law was abolished on the cross?
6 Because taking care of flesh is death, but taking care of the Spirit is life and peace.
7 Because the counsels of the flesh are ENEMITY AGAINST GOD; because they are not subject to the law of God, nor can they;
8 and those who live according to the flesh YOU CANNOT please God. —ROMANS 8:6-8
14 This, however, I confess to you, that according to that Way that they call heresy, Thus I serve the God of my fathers, believing all things in the law and in the prophets are written; —ACTS 24:14
6. But the ten commandments are part of the old covenant, a thing of the past, right?
8 Because rebuking them he says: Behold, the days come, says the Lord, In what I will establish with the house of Israel and the house of Judah a new covenant;
9 Not like the pact I made with your parents The day I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; Because they did not remain in my covenant, And I ignored them, says the Lord.
10 Whereby, This is the pact I will make with the house of Israel After those days, the Lord says: I WILL PUT MY LAWS IN THEIR MIND, AND ON THEIR HEART THE WRITINGSIBIRE; And I will be their God,… —HEBREWS 8:8-10
7. But I am not a Jew nor do I live in Israel, and I don't have to keep the Sabbath, right?
22 You will have the same right: as he foreign, that's what it will be like he natural: for I am Jehovah your God. —LEVITICUS 24:22
