DNU REQUESTS CESSATION, INVESTMENT WEAPONS OF WAR
Victor Marley, head of the Adventist Church in Norway, requests the General Conference (the World Executive of the Adventist Church) to suspend all investments in companies in the arms industry.[…]

[UPDATE DEC. 7, 2018]

The original link of this news, which comes directly from the official website of The Norwegian Union of the “Seventh” Day Adventist Church, has been deleted. As the sins of this sister of Rome come to light, the Adventist Church has now dedicated itself to eliminating the trace of her iniquities. Coincidentally, last week I was reviewing this article and I decided to archive the original page, in Norwegian. [1] DNU Calls for a Break in General Conference's Investment in Weapons Industry — Union of Norway, Seventh-day Adventist Church. DNU ber om stans i Generalkonferensens investeringer and våpenindustri
Using the title of the news, you can find the reference on Google “DNU ber om stans i Generalkonferensens investeringer i våpenindustri”. But when you click on the link, you will notice that the page has been deleted. Google maintains a reference file of all web traffic that passes through its servers (Computer Network), and that is why we can still see the reference to the news, even though the Church has deleted the message.

The news, which was originally published in February 2018, was also reported by the Adventist portal AdventistToday, [3] Norwegian Union Asks General Conference Not to Spend Money on Weapons — Article, AdventistToday among other places, which—aside from the Google reference, leaves us evidence that this news is real, although the Adventist Church is trying to hide it. The most interesting thing is that on page 6 of publication No. 4 (April 2018) of La Revista Advent Nytt (New Advent) of the Union of Norway, this same news was published. [4] Advent Nyrr Magazine — Norwegian Union Division, No. 4 (Online Publication, April 2018) Apparently they didn't have time to make the corresponding call, or was it divine intervention? In case this link is also deleted, at the end of this article we leave you a gallery of photos from the magazine, as well as the corresponding PDF document. Let's go back to the news...

[END UPDATE]

And here is the complete news, we will only touch on some parts below.

Shortly after this complaint by the DNU, the General Conference announced that it was going to review its investment practices, and they reference this news. However, they do it this way:

DNU REQUESTS CESSATION, INVESTMENT WEAPONS OF WAR (Cont.)
The Board also voted “that in accordance with our long-standing position on pacifism, The GC Investment Management Commission is mandated to review all present and potential investments to exclude companies whose profits derive largely or substantially of the manufacture and sale of weapons, combat vehicles, ammunition or other systems to wage war. We further direct the GC Investment Management Commission to avoid investments in any company that is involved in the manufacturing of cluster munitions, landmines and nuclear weapons, and to exclude them beyond the proportion of profits or sales of the company that represent those products.” [7]General Conference Corporation Board reviews and refines investment practices

[UPDATE DEC. 7, 2018]

So we have, that after the “denouncement” of the DNU, the General Conference publishes that to be continue his practice of “conformity with our long-standing position on pacifism,” avoiding investments in industries such as the manufacture of war weapons. This is a mockery of the intellect—and dignity—of those who still call themselves members of The “Seventh” Day Adventist Church. This ad simply ignores or implies that these investments have never taken place by this corporate whore.

You have always been told that your tithes and offerings are to advance the mission of the Lord (MATHEW 28:19-20). Well, you know whose mission yesLord, you are tithing—

44 You are from your father the devil, and you want to do your father's wishes. He has been murderer From the beginning, and has not abided in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own accord; because he is a liar, and the father of lies. —JOHN 8:44

Although Victor Marley appears to have been moved by God to point out the sins of his church, the reality is that his message is more of the same: “No matter what happens in there, these are still God's people.” However, the fact that the senior leadership of the Adventist Church has gone to such extremes, such as investing in the death industry, is a clear sign that God is not within that organization, because God is very clear, “Thou shalt not kill” (EXD. 20:13).

15 But the dogs they will be out, and the sorcerers, the fornicators, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who loves and makes lies.—REVELATION 22:15

It is very possible that Marley is only giving information that the church itself wants to publish—openly, therefore. the information is-forgive the redundancy, public. It's just that if they are the ones bringing the information to light, they can control it, and this is exactly what Victor Marley seems to be doing here:

"But the reality is that the General Conference is not the congregation. You and me, and those around us where we are, we are the church. “God has saved us and invited us to participate in his mission in the world.” —VICTOR MARLEY

At no point does Marley call on members to rebel against apostasy, to withhold funding (tithes and offerings) from these practices until they cease. Nor does he point out that this fact is a violation of God's law, but rather he tells you, You and me, and those around us where we are, “We are the church.” In other words, no matter what abomination moves in there, “This is the ship, the Church of God, there you must stay,” and above all, “don't stop tithing.” However, the word of God says:

11 Depart, depart, get out of there, do not touch unclean things; come out from the midst of it; purify yourselves you who carry the vessels of Jehovah. —ISAIAH 52:11

Can someone who openly violates God's law be purified... by worshiping other gods, for example? (EXOD. 20:1-3), or being responsible for the deaths of thousands—perhaps millions of people around the world? Can you purify yourself, who finances that same violation? (EXOD. 20:13).

And let's not forget where Victor Marley's salary comes from, and who gave him that job. Can an employee rebel against his boss without receiving reprimand? And we have not seen any rebuke, for there is no rebellion here. This is just one more case of controlled opposition, “But the serpent was crafty…” (GEN. 3:1).

[END UPDATE]

[UPDATE, MAR 11 2022]

Although above the Adventist Church denied its intervention in the tobacco industry, junk food, gambling, pornography, and others, according to Timonthy Aka, the General Conference Fund Manager, we have found contradictory evidence.

In an article titled Profane tithe, published by the magazine Adventist Record On March 10, 2017, the Adventist Church recognizes its intervention in these industries, in a very subtle way. Adventist Record is the official magazine of The South Pacific Division, based in Australia. Kent Kingston, author of the article, first leaves us with the following rhetorical question, addressed to your conscience:

"But, is possible that, to through of my arrangements financial personal, this paying a tithe impious that this undermining all it that do I represent? I I'm enriching with my support a stranger No only to the big tobacco companies, but to others companies that they get their Profits of the games of random, he alcohol, the meal scrap, the pornography, the weapons, the deforestation either the pollution?" [or]Unholy title

Then later Kignston, citing documents from the same church, writes:

''LA INDUSTRIA DEL PLACER''
“They will not be done Direct Investments in certain industries that are not in accordance with the values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church,” say the minutes of the 2004 General Conference (GC) Annual Council. Specifically, this means companies that obtain more than five percent of your income tobacco, alcohol, adult entertainment [PORNOGRAPHY], gambling, meat products (including McDonald's), and caffeinated beverages (including Coca-Cola and Pepsi). According to Tim Aka, associate treasurer and investment manager of the GC, the Church is also in the process of delisting several other companies from its investment portfolio: weapons manufacturers, environmental polluters and even companies that exploit their workers or have poor governance. “It is our desire to set a good example for all our members and institutions when it comes to investing funds that the Lord has entrusted to us,” says Mr. Aka.” —Kent Kingston, Adventist Record [or]Unholy title
[LINK, Adventist Recordd]

Since we know that the typical Adventist does not have the capacity to discern what we have just read, we explain it here. First, we already covered the issue of weapons of war, so let's focus on the rest. And since all this rest is included in the same portfolio, let's just talk about pornography, and understand that the same principle applies to the others: junk food, tobacco, gambling, etc.

It has long been known that the Adventist Church had its hands in the pornography industry, which—like the gun issue, was an open secret, but difficult to verify. However, Adventist Record tells us that already for 2004 the Adventist Church “I would not make direct investments” in companies that generate more than 5% of their profits as a product of the pornography Industry. That is, companies that produce and/or sell and buy material and/or services from the adult entertainment industry (pornography) that generate over 5 percent of their annual profits, Mmmm…

Yes, 5 percent or more, But what if they are just 4%, or maybe 2, or maybe just one, or who knows, a .5%? Being a servant of Christ, do you believe that he would approve of a 3% investment in “the pleasure industry”? Does the Bible support that? Gentlemen, I don't know if you haven't understood yet, but this is an admission, The “Seventh” Day Adventist Church invests tithes and offerings in the pornography industry, and don't forget the “rest” principle.

Another thing, Adventist Record It says that it would be from 2004 that these “limitations” would come into force, another admission. That is to say, they are openly admitting that since 2003 the Adventist Church had its hands in all of this, without any restriction, and—although I cannot prove it, I dare to affirm that this news is just hype, and that the Adventist Church has not diminished a single percent in its investment practices in these industries, which should never have entered there to begin with. .

As we saw at the beginning of this article, it was not until February 2018 that the Adventist church supposedly “ceased” investing in companies that derive more than 5% of their profits from the weapons industry. 12 years passed until this famous cessation arrived. They already played the same trick on us with the abortion issue in 2019 as well, when they made the last update to their death policy, where they only changed the text subtly, but continued with the same message and the same practices.  [15]The “SOLA SCRIPTURA” Not So Sola, Rafael Díaz and the “Seventh” Day Adventists [LINK, CristoVerdad]

Timothy Aka said that “no direct investments will be made,” and although the Adventist Church is making an admission here, they want to downplay it as investing less than 5 percent in the legal prostitution industry—because that's what pornography It is, it is something acceptable to God, and something that should not worry you. Well, as they say in the confines of that sect, “just give your tithe, what the leaders do with it is none of your business. It is only up to you to comply with God.” Have you ever heard the word sheep?

And those are direct investments, But what about the hints? Gentlemen, the evil of that sect is a labyrinth with no exit, and I truly do not need to see how deep that rabbit hole goes, I have already seen more than enough.

[END UPDATE]

Can you understand now why the majority say “there is no law”, or “the law does not save” when God says the opposite? (REV. 22:14-15, ROM. 2:13, 3:21-31). Where there is no law, death enters (ROM. 6:23, 1 JOHN 3:4). Isn't that what we're seeing here? Is Jesus God of Life or God of death?

They are telling you to your face, but you continue in your foolishness saying “but these are the people of God”. Oh yes, of course!
