Verdad Presente

Cristo y Su Verdad... Todo El Tiempo.

God’s law does not change my friends. Many are deceived by the devil himself in thinking that God’s Law has been abolished. Lack of discernment these days is shocking, to say the least.

Jesus—whom many claim to be a follower of, said, “if you love me, keep my commandments” (John 14:15). And that’s not the only thing he said, as he also claimed to be lord of Sabbath (Mark 2:28).

Whoever is claiming the abolishment of God’s Law is a transgressor of the law, and no transgressor of the law will enter into his kingdom (Heb. 12:14). Satan has blind-sided one too many “Christians,” for the Bible is clear, we will keep the Sabbath for eternity:

22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain.

23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord. —ISAIAH 66:22-23

Further more, Jesus added:

17 “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.

18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.

19 Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called GREAT in the kingdom of heaven.

20 For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. —MATTHEW 5:17-20

Many claim that when Jesus said that he came to fulfil the law, he was doing away with the ten commandments. But if people just allowed the Holly Spirit to Speak to their hearts, and not letting their hearts speak to their minds, they would be sanctified with truth.  Verse 19 clearly lays out that Jesus came to show us how we—ourselves, should fulfil the law, and that whoever attempts against his law will be lost. And the bible clearly states out that Jesus is our example to follow:

21 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, *leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:* —1 PETER 2:21

Is the Bible clear… IS JESUS CLEAR?

Many claim that the new covenant is better than the old covenant; but where in the Bible DOES it say that one covenant is better than the other? Does God make some things good and others not so good… or isn’t everything he makes perfect? Those making that claim are adding to the scripture and—as such, will receive his plagues.

Jesus also said,
20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: —MATHEW 24:20

This is a direct reference to the end times prophesy and—as far as we know, that time nas not passed. And since that time has not passed, then how come so many people say that the seventh-day Sabbath has been abolished? And even when that time comes, the Sabbath will stand for eternity (read ISAIAH 66:22-23 one more Time). And Jesus himself reinforces that idea:

17 And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, *than one tittle of the law to fail.* —LUKE 16:17

AND AGAIN, Heaven and Earth have not passed. But Heaven and  Earth will pass, and yet God’s law will still stand. (ISAIAH 66:22-23)

Paul added that without holiness no one will see the lord’s face (Heb. 12:14). And what did Paul also say about the law?

12 WHEREFORE THE LAW IS HOLY, And the commandment holy, and just, and good. —ROMANS 13:12

And what did the lord say about the Sabbath?

8 Remember the sabbath day, to KEEP IT HOLY.

11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and HALLOWED IT.

Those who keep his commandments love him, and those who do not keep his commandments…well, let’s allow the Holy Spirit tell you:

8 HE THAT COMMITTETH SIN IS OF THE DEVIL; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. —1 JOHN 3:8-9

And in case you didn’t know, the only way to commit sin is by breaking God’s law, for:

4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. —1 JOHN 3:4

That’s the only definition of sin in the entire bible!

And the Sabbath—dear friends, is the 4th commandment of God’s law, and:

10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. —JAMES 2:10

If you say that God’s law does not stand, what you are saying is that there’s no more sin in the universe, for God’s law is the mirror that let us know good from evil, and Paul—YES Paul, made it very clear, so the fools that like to twist the scriptures have no excuses:

4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

5 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.

6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I HAD NOT KNOWN SIN, BUT BY THE LAW: FOR I HAD NOT KNOWN LUST, EXCEPT THE LAW HAD SAID, THOU SHALT NOT COVET.

8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. FOR WITHOUT THE LAW SIN WAS DEAD.

9 For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.

10 And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death.

11 For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me.

12 WHEREFORE THE LAW IS HOLY, AND THE COMMANDMENT HOLY, AND JUST, AND GOOD.

13 Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.

14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I AM CARNAL, OLD UNDER SIN.

15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.

16 if then i do that which i would not, I CONSENT UNTO THE LAW THAT IT IS GOOD.

17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.

20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.

22 FOR I DELIGHT IN THE LAW of God after the inward man:

23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; BUT WITH THE FLESH THE LAW OF SIN. —_ROMAN 7:4-25_

Do you still need more to wake up from your lukewarm state?

Friends, one cannot achieve holiness while breaking God’s law. The law is holy, an the law makes us holy. And more than the law, is the God behind the law, for the law is the tool he gave us to achieve his holiness; made to his image, after his likeness—Holy!

No one breaking God’s law conscientiously—without repentance, will ever enter his grace. JESUS’ GRACE IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO SAVE ANY DISOBEDIENT REBEL. Be careful—dear friends, for the Bible doesn’t teach us that Jesus’ grace was sufficient to save Judas…nor Caifas, nor Ananias and Sapphira, nor Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, nor King Saul, nor the young rich man, nor the Farisees, Doctors of the law, and scribes, nor King Herod, and Pontius Pilate, nor the first thieve at the cross, etc., etc., etc.

The law is holy. The Sabbath is holy:

13 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on MY HOLY DAY; and call the sabbath a delight, THE HOLY OF THE LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in the Lord; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: FOR THE MOUTH OF THE LORD HATH SPOKEN IT. _—ISIAH 58:13-14_

The Sabbath is Holy. God’s law is holy. The only ones that are free from the laws are the ones that keep the law.

Did you get that?

There’s a universal law that says that if you drive past a red light, you have committed a transgression of that law, and as such a transgressor, you fall under the penalty of that law, which can be a ticket, or  perhaps even Jail time. And that does not even take into account the other major consequences of breaking that law, like killing a pedestrian, or killing yourself by crashing into another vehicle, injuring others, and damaging private or public properties.

Now, if you keep the law, and never run through a red light, no cop will ever stop you for keeping the law, for the law was given for the transgressors, not the responsible drivers. And the Bible—again, makes this point very, very clear:

8 But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully;

9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, BUT FOR THE LAWLESS AND DISOBEDIENT,  for the ungodly and for sinners, FOR UNHOLY and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,

10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, AND IF THERE BE ANY OTHER THING THAT IS CONTRARY TO SOUND DOCTRINE;

11 According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.

That’s not a nice group to be associated with. Friends, if you  are falling into that trap that God’s law has been abolished, you’re either a lousy student of the scriptures, or perhaps a modern version of Korah. —Be careful.
